I haven’t upgraded this blog just yet, but I have upgraded one other.
WordPress Tip: If your HTML WYSIWYG editor has disappeared when you upgrade, go to Users -> Your Profile and active it there.

Be careful with your plugins and links when you upgrade to 2.1. I did this the other day and had to:
– manually hack some of the plugins (they didn’t have a 2.1 version yet)
– my theme (there is a 2.1 version but it’s a modified theme by someone who’s hacked it)
– the page links (WordPress 2.1 treats pages differently so I had to hack the database to get them to display correctly again)
This was on a fairly new blog, so it was no real pain, with no content to destroy! I’ll be more cautious with this blog (I had no backup if that shows you how (un)bothered I was 😉 !)
